HDFC Home loan is arrogant and non transperant

Got additional charges of Rs 6000 as stamp stuty in sanction letter. I was told only 11000 processing fee and no hidden charges. Scheme was lauched for Company employee as 5000 Rs return on processing fee. I am shocked and find HDFC bank heighly untrustworthy now. However I m prefered customer of bank. I have to think to change bank by seeing this kind of attitute. They should have told government charges well in advance (servie tax+Stamp duty).I got call from their grievnace center who was defending this. Loan disbursement is pathatic now with arrogance.

SSV Internet Services - Navi Mumbai

I'm using this local ssv connection in koparkhairane, though the speed is okay and the prices too are competitive but once the net goes down which is very often it's very hard to get it fixed by them. They have customer care which never picks up the phone, when they do they say they will send engg, but nobody turnup. And when you actually go to the shop where those engg sits they assure you evryday tht they gonna fix the issue by eod, but again nothing happens and nobody turn up.
