mobile porting not responding

Sir,
I was done mobile port Reliance to vodafone network That process has been changed after two days i worked as vodafone then it disconnected. The proof has been submitted twice in the distributor office if i spoke to customer care they not giving response to my call. i am total suffered with i hope this site i will get the best result.This no (9360102979)
