SUB-complaint about the weak network and very slow speed of
Vodafone K-3570z usb internet device
I hereby Khalid Kazi had purchased the vodafone K-3570z usb device on 28/02/2011 from e-recharge point store in zee shopping mall nirala bazar,Aurangabad,Maharashtra with IMEI number-356222040838468 and the complaint was given to vodafone store niralabazar,Aurangabad,Maharashtra on device mobile number of 09545521522 and they have given me the complaint no-1040024646, for extreme poor network with an extreme poor speed of 1 to 2 kbps which is null (poorest than the poor) and they told me that the vodafone engieneer will come and solve your problem but the date till today in have not recieve any feedback from you, your customer care executive had told, that the problem will be solved in 24 hours but it is not solved in 2 months also, and I am unsatisfied with the service provided by vodafone store on this issue, otherwise take the device return and refund my money back, this issue is unsolved.
